A repair that does not address why the home is moving will not last. Ask whether an independent forensic engineer with floor levels has confirmed the cause.
Resin fills voids in the upper soil. Ask how it will secure your home below the zone of influence, the layers that keep shrinking and swelling.
Without a structural connection to the foundation, there is no controlled lift and no lasting stabilisation.
Ask about torque or load data, engineering design and sign-off. If there is none, how will you know it worked, or prove it to a future buyer?
The volume of resin needed can be hard to predict and can blow out. Ask whether the quote is fixed, or an estimate that may grow.
Distinguish a product warranty from a structural warranty. Ask what happens if movement returns.
