Nicole leads the team at Foundation Solutions, with 30 years in the foundation solutions and structural engineering sector. She provides oversight, innovation and direction to the technical, operational, administrative, finance and field operation teams. With a successful track record and long tenures with leading providers in the industry, her expertise has earned industry recognition as a finalist in the HIA Women's Awards and AIM Young Manager of the Year.
Nicole's previous roles include General Manager, Group Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and National Business Development Manager. Passionate, experienced and highly motivated with a customer-centric view, she sets the vision and aligns the company, staff and clients to the values of the business. Nicole provides the crucial point of difference in the industry: a genuine care for others.
Jason Edmonds
Jason leads The Lift Crew at Foundation Solutions, with 34+ years in the concreting industry across residential developments and commercial projects, including high-rise and foundation solutions. With deep connections in the industry and an entrepreneurial spirit, Jason has developed accessories for the industry with OneSteel, been highly involved in screw pile development, and worked providing solutions with all types of slabs.
His expertise with screw pile foundation solutions makes him one of the most highly respected professionals in the industry. With a strong focus on safe practices, Jason currently leads four gangs that form The Lift Crew.
