Phase 1: before we begin
It starts with complimentary foundation advice and a non-invasive Home Check-up. We review the visible symptoms, investigate the likely contributing factors, and determine whether your home can benefit from underpinning. If it can, our engineers independently carry out a forensic assessment, subject to your approval, so the solution is based on facts. You then receive a transparent, all-inclusive, fixed-price quote, and we agree a start date that suits you, with a pre-work kick-off meeting so nothing is a surprise.
Phase 2: the foundation repair
We prepare the underpin locations and install Katana screw piles, securing them to our patented Lift Rig Max system. Depending on your home's circumstances, this stage may involve lifting the house and/or stabilising the existing foundations. We keep you involved at every step, and we never lift a home without you on site, so you can see exactly how we care for your property. We finish with a thorough site check and an exit meeting.
Phase 3: after we have finished
We provide the completion forms detailing the work, including the Form 12 Inspection Certificate from the structural engineer. This is a record of work quality that is valuable for future property transactions, insurance and your own peace of mind.
